The centrifugal fan is a complex structure of equipment, mainly composed of air inlet, damper, impeller, motor and air outlet. In different states, the effect of centrifugal fans is also different. Therefore, the operation of different parts is not uniform, and the effect of the centrifugal fan will be affected. There are many ways to get your centrifugal fan into optimal conditioning.

1. The centrifugal fan allows full-voltage starting or step-down electric, but it should be noted that the current at full-voltage start is about 5-7 times the rated current, and the step-down starting torque is proportional to the voltage square, and when the power grid capacity is insufficient, the step-down start should be used.

2. When the centrifugal fan is tested, the product manual should be carefully read to check whether the wiring method is consistent with the wiring diagram, and whether the working voltage of the power supply to the fan meets the requirements, whether the power supply is out of phase or in phase, and whether the capacity of the power distribution components meets the requirements.

3. The number of people is not less than two people during the commission, one person controls the power supply, one person observes the operation of the fan, and immediately stops the machine for inspection if the abnormal phenomenon is found; first, check whether the rotation direction is correct; after the centrifugal fan starts to run, it should immediately check whether the running current of each phase is balanced, whether the current exceeds the rated current; if there is any abnormal phenomenon, it should be stopped for inspection. After five minutes of operation, stop the fan to check whether there is any abnormal phenomenon, confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon and then start operation.

4. When the two-speed centrifugal fan is tested, it should start the low speed first to check whether the rotation direction is correct; when starting the high-speed fan, it must wait for the fan to stand still before starting, so as to prevent the high-speed reverse rotation, causing the switch to trip and the motor to be damaged.

5. When the centrifugal fan reaches the normal speed, the input current of the fan should be measured to see if it is normal, and the operating current of the centrifugal fan should not exceed its rated current. If the operating current exceeds its rated current, check whether the supplied voltage is normal.

6. The motor power required by the centrifugal fan refers to the large power required when the air inlet is fully open for the centrifugal fan and the fan box under certain working conditions. If the air inlet is fully open, there is a risk of damage to the motor. It is best to close the valve on the inlet or outlet pipeline of the fan during the test run of the fan, and gradually open the valve after operation until the required working conditions are reached, and pay attention to whether the operating current of the fan exceeds the rated current.
The centrifugal fan is debugged in strict accordance with the above debugging method, which can make the efficiency of the centrifugal fan reach more than 98%.
